Summer is here and it’s getting hot! Time to bust out our
gopeds! First of all, for those of you who don’t even own
a Goped, I think you should go out and get one! They have a
complete line of scooters to suit everyone’s need. From
electric to gas, direct spindle contact to chain driven -
Goped has it all.
Who here owns a Geo Bigfoot? I do, I do! That’s great, but
are you wondering when after markets parts and mods are
coming out? Do you feel your Geo lacks power or it’s not
fast enough for you?

My GBF had some extensive work done by TBR. It consisted of:

Adds 6 to 8 MPH increases acceleration by 40 %. Increase in
RPM,
which equals more top speed. (Results vary according to
other modifications
made to engine in addition to pro street package such as H/P
carb,
spindle size, exhaust, etc.)

Engine with the most hours of R&D. All TBR engine
modifications were done
in house by lead technician Kevin Keehl who has over 15
years of two
stroke engine experience and over 8 years of GoPed / Zenoah
engine
repair / modification experience.
TBR has packages available for Geo, RC, g23 and g2d motors
as well. The mod packages are $150.00 each and are done
within 1-2 days of receiving them. How do you like yours?
I love my goped a lot. When I received my goped I couldn’t
wait to ride it. When I first started it up I noticed an
increase in sound. I think it’s a lot louder than before,
but hey when you modify, sound increases too. So I was
saying to myself “Okay a little louder,” but let’s see
how fast it goes…WOW! I just barley tapped the throttle,
and I almost lost my balance there for a minute. Talk about
responsiveness and a whole lot torque. Really I mean a whole
lot! You can truly feel the difference. If you want to
lessen the torque add a bigger spindle. Adding a bigger
spindle will also increase your top end performance. I would
definitely recommend replacing the stock spindle with a
larger size aftermarket spindle. There is a lot of torque in
this bad boy…. So it’s got a lot of love to spread on
larger spindles. I have also observed that the RPM has
dramatically increased and so has my top end! When I’m
just cruising (throttle half way) and I gun it, it feels
like I had turbo installed. I rode my Geo BF on the same
dirt hill I used to ride and I didn’t have to help push my
ped up hill nor did it bog down once. I made it all the way
to the top. Unbelievable! As for gas mileage, it still gets
many miles to one tank. No complaints in that area. Having
increased compression I use 91 octane and use go mix II oil.
Since power has increased in the Geo motor it tends to
bounce more when accelerating or just giving it gas. And
when’s it’s bouncing you don’t get the full potential
power of the motor. I recommend a motor lockout, which helps
stabilize the motor during acceleration and cruising speeds.
But in order to get a motor lockout you would need to
purchase a whole new frame to use the PMW Lockout. Tuning
the HP carb on the Geo is no harder than it is to tune a
regular HP Carb. Actually, the HP Carb is the same HP Carb
you’d find on a G23/2D/RC engine. Just with a small
modification for it to fit on the Geo-Motor. Adjusting the
carb allowed me to reach higher RPMs and especially made
sure I wasn’t running too lean/rich; very important if you
want your engine to last.
Never really thought much of these MOD STAGE package till we
got to test out the Geo Mod Stage 2. It really is one hell
of a deal. Sure you can buy high performance parts and piece
together your own dream machine, but if you want a for-sure
modded engine that WILL WORK out of the box, highly
qualified engineers that have been tuning Zenoah motors for
years, the craftsmanship, reliability, and quality of a pure
bred racing machine; we highly recommend a mod stage package
from THE TOY BROKERS. No worrying about, “Will it work?!” “Will it really
make my ped go faster?”. Why not just guarantee yourself a
winner and have a TBR work on your engine. Touched by a

Over all performance is great for the value. $150 bucks for
each mod package… a price I believe is very affordable for
the power you get. For the kids that don’t work double
your chores and be extra nice to your parents and siblings.
